Above, “Faceted Pendants” is being installed in Kaiser Permanente’s front entry space at their new location in Loveland, Colorado. Created from lightly starched silk, stainless steel wire, and steel rod, this artwork makes use of repetition to amplify patterns in nature. More photos can be seen on my Aerial Sculpture page.

Here’s a short video I created for those who’d like a glimpse of how my mobiles move. The mobile is connected in a way that makes each “branch” repel those adjacent to it. This gives more of an interconnected response of motion, and interferes with the simple circular swirl of typical mobiles.

I’m introducing a fourth option to the growing collection of hand dyed “Dappled Leaf” mobiles: Plum-Emerald-Blue. This one will appeal to those who like jewel tones . . .
