For this artwork, I combined images of human oocytes (egg cells) and a standard Humpty-Dumpty doll pattern. Thirteen dolls were placed inside a Plexiglas (acrylic) box. The image aspects were created from photos adhered to polyester organza fabric, and the texture is a little crisp (not soft). The arms and legs are made from cotton muslin. Carefully stored, all the dolls are in pristine condition.
